Voting went smoothly today, I had the sample ballot filled out and was ready to cruise through it.. i removed the cap from the ink-a-vote pen and placed the ballot in the receptacle when a poll worker turned on the radio, which was a bit surprisingly in the quiet polling location of the Barlow Respitory Hospital, after adjusting the frequency, what should come on?
