This is just neat, I apologize to the original creator as I can’t give them credit but if anyone knows, please let me know so I can give credit where credit is due.  The premise here is that St. Elsewhere was a dream, and the chain reaction that causes across the Televisonscape, some of it’s doctors crossed over into Newhart, so that means Newhart was a dream in a dream.. whoa, meta.  Or you could argue it started as the dream in Newhart and then spread out… either way.. because of this, even most shows on today are still just part of the same dreamscape.
